Lemon
A lemon soda (Limonata) that's made in Italian style, right here in Australia. It's the perfect drink with Italian street food like pizza and panino. The bitter notes in this Lemon help cut through the richness of the food and cleanse your palate, while its fresh citrusy taste quenches your thirst. Although it is a great standalone beverage, it's best enjoyed with food as it enhances the overall dining experience.

Chinotto
Chinotto, pronounced (kee-NO-toe), is considered the national soda of Italy. Fabio chinotto is a modern take on this traditional bitter beverage. It offers a warm fragrance with notes of cinnamon and clove, as well as sour notes of rhubarb, quince, and grapefruit.
This drink is usually consumed with Italian street food. We aim to bring it back from the depths of Nonno's fridge in the garage.

Sparkling
Sometimes in life, you just need to add bubbles. That's exactly what our sparkling water is made for. It cleanses the palate, cuts through saltiness, and provides hydration. Our sparkling water is made from fresh spring water sourced locally. While the idea of drinking Italian water may seem romantic, it's actually not a wise environmental choice. Your Nonni may have come by boat, but your water shouldn't.

Our Story
"Fabio, can you please go and get the 'Softa drink' from the garage fridge?" Nonna asked as she moved the table away from the wall to make space for the guests coming over for lunch. The stove was still hot from frying my favourite 'cotelette', and the sink was wet from washing the freshly picked bitter garden salad. Sunday lunch was always enhanced with the presence of Chinotto on the table.
Grazie, Nonna.
