What flavours does Fabio Soda make?
We make three flavours:
Lemon (Limonata) — Light, crisp, and refreshing with a slight bitter note. Perfect with pizza and panini.
Mandarin (Mandarino) — Tangy and bright with citrus character. Great with food, solo, or as a mixer.
Chinotto — Italy's national soda. Complex, warming notes of cinnamon and clove. Prized for digestive qualities.

Where are the Sodas made?
Our soda is made in Melbourne using predominantly Australian ingredients. It seems unnecessary to import beverages across the oceans when we have a strong local industry of farmers and manufacturers that needs support. Additionally, it is more sustainable and environmentally friendly to avoid importing low-margin goods like drinks.
What makes them Italian in style?
When we refer to "Italian style," we mean a few things. First, it should be slightly less carbonated, making it easy to drink and preventing indigestion. It shouldn't be overly sweet; instead, it should have a slight bitterness, designed to pair well with food—particularly Italian street food. This characteristic helps to cut through fats and cleanse the palate between bites. Most importantly, "Italian style" is defined by our care for taste. Basta!
Why do you use sugar?
we keep it simple; no stevia, erythritol or aspartame - just real Australian sugar. Its gentler on your gut ( we know from experience) and delivers proper flavour. Sweet, but not silly.
