Chinotto, pronounced (kee-NO-toe), is considered the national soda of Italy. Fabio chinotto is a modern take on this traditional bitter beverage. It offers a warm fragrance with notes of cinnamon and clove, as well as sour notes of rhubarb, quince, and grapefruit.

Chinotto is made from flavours derived from the Chinotto Citrus fruit, which is prized for its digestive qualities. This drink is usually consumed with Italian street food. We aim to bring it back from the depths of Nonno's fridge in the garage.
